What does this mean for our long-standing partners?

We will continue to produce existing and new developed, high-quality lubricants at our site in CH-6260 Reiden. Our research and development at the site will also be maintained and further expanded to be able to develop solutions for our customers quickly and reliably as usual.

The company will continue to operate under the name Strub & Co. AG, existing agreements and product names will remain in place and will not affect any established lubrication plans, approvals, recommendations, customer-specific products, analyses, services, etc.

Diana and Marcel Strub will remain members of the management team and there will be no change in your contact persons. On the FUCHS side, Dr. Mario Gehrlein will take over the position of CEO at Strub & Co. AG.
